ARIAC<\/strong> regroupe des entrepreneurs dans tous les domaines d\u2019activit\u00e9<\/a> ( hors professions lib\u00e9rales r\u00e9glement\u00e9es )<\/strong> et qui, en int\u00e9grant la coop\u00e9rative, deviennent des entrepreneurs-salari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>

Afin de s\u00e9curiser leurs activit\u00e9s, ARIAC<\/strong> met \u00e0 disposition des entrepreneurs salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s une carte de commerce ambulant<\/strong> et un num\u00e9ro de formateur<\/strong>, incluant un num\u00e9ro datadock.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Apr\u00e8s une prise de contact par mail ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, un rendez-vous personnalis\u00e9 est organis\u00e9 avec un responsable d\u2019ARIAC<\/strong> dans nos locaux ou sur le lieu de production de l\u2019activit\u00e9. Cette rencontre inclut une pr\u00e9sentation du projet, une pr\u00e9sentation du fonctionnement de la coop\u00e9rative, et un premier diagnostic \u00e9conomique, commercial, financier et juridique du projet<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Elle se mat\u00e9rialise par la signature d\u2019un contrat d\u2019Entrepreneur-Salari\u00e9 (CAPE ou Contrat d\u2019Accompagnement au Projet d\u2019Entreprise)<\/b>, l\u2019obtention de l\u2019assurance Responsabilit\u00e9 Civile professionnelle (RCP)<\/b>, des contrats et documents juridiques propres \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9, du dispositif comptable<\/b> et des \u00e9ventuels ateliers de communication \/ prospection<\/b>. Ce CAPE dure au maximum trois ans<\/b>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

L\u2019entrepreneur-salari\u00e9 d\u00e9finit les produits et services qu\u2019il fabrique, r\u00e9alise et commercialise. Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un point de gestion organis\u00e9 sur un rythme mensuel<\/b> ( hors demandes ou urgences particuli\u00e8res ) durant lequel la comptabilit\u00e9 est actualis\u00e9e et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et au cours duquel les questions diverses li\u00e9es \u00e0 son projet ( gestion, commercial\u2026) sont trait\u00e9es.<\/p>

Il participe au co\u00fbt de la coop\u00e9rative et \u00e0 ses services sur la base de 10% de son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net mensuel<\/b> (avant salaire), \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion de toute autre participation, ce qui assure \u00e0 la fois transparence et responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle de chacun.<\/p>

Il se voit proposer la participation au collectif <\/b>( rencontres r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, projets communs\u00a0: fonds mutuel d\u2019ARIAC, actions collectives de promotion, initiatives communes, ateliers collectifs de communication, r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement de sites Internet, prospection, n\u00e9gociation commerciale, pr\u00e9sence sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, …).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

L\u2019entrepreneur-salari\u00e9 peut, si l\u2019activit\u00e9 s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e viable, rester dans la coop\u00e9rative : il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie alors d\u2019un CESA (Contrat Entrepreneur Salari\u00e9 Associ\u00e9)<\/b> et acc\u00e8de au soci\u00e9tariat de la coop\u00e9rative en prenant des parts sociales.<\/b><\/p>

ARIAC<\/b> ancre son action dans une conviction simple et forte fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de ses dirigeants et permanents : les salari\u00e9s n\u2019ont jamais eu autant besoin d\u2019autonomie et de respect de leurs savoir-faire, et les entrepreneurs n\u2019ont jamais eu autant besoin de collaboration<\/b> et de r\u00e9seau<\/b>.<\/p>
